A corporate account replaces the booking-by-booking scramble with a standing arrangement. You sign once, we hold your company details, and after that a booking is an email or a message with a date, a vehicle and a passenger name. No card, no deposit re-authorisation, no procurement approval for every hire.

Rates are agreed at the outset and fixed for the term. They sit below our published daily rates because the volume justifies it, and because a company that hires forty days a year is a lower-risk counterparty than a walk-in. We will quote against your actual usage pattern rather than a generic tier table.

Invoicing is consolidated. Every hire in the calendar month appears on one statement with the booker's name, the passenger, the vehicle and the dates, which is what your finance team needs to allocate the cost. Payment terms are net 30 by default. Tolls and airport parking are passed through at cost and itemised.

Allocation matters more than price for most account holders. If a director lands on Tuesday and the car has to be an S-Class rather than whatever is left, priority allocation is what you are buying. Account bookings sit ahead of retail bookings for the same vehicle.
