  1. A card pre-authorisation is released, not refunded, so your statement may take a few days longer than our three to reflect it.
  2. A corporate account usually replaces the deposit with a company guarantee; chauffeured hire carries no deposit at all.

Delivery and terms

The terms behind the sheet, stated once

Delivery
Free within the Klang Valley, to an address, an office car park, a hotel driveway, a condominium lobby or either KLIA terminal. Beyond the valley we quote a mileage charge before you commit. Local notes for KLCC, Mont Kiara and eight other districts sit in Schedule C.
Minimum hire
Twenty-four hours self-drive. Four hours with a chauffeur. Thirty days on a monthly agreement, month to month after that with thirty days' notice to end it.
Driver eligibility
The named driver holds a full licence issued at least two years ago. Blocks one to five on the sheet open at 23; the sports block opens at 25. Probationary and P-plate licences are declined on every line printed here, and there is no upper limit.
Documents
Malaysian renters send a full licence, MyKad and one proof of address from the last three months. Visitors send a passport, a home-country licence and an International Driving Permit where that licence is not written in English or Malay.
Deposit mechanism
Card pre-authorisation or a separate transfer, your choice, returned by the same channel it arrived on. Pre-authorisations are released, not refunded, so your bank may take a few days longer to show it.
Payment
Bank transfer, credit card, or cash at handover. Corporate accounts are invoiced once a month, net thirty, with every hire itemised by booker, passenger, vehicle and date.
Handover
Delivered to an address, an office car park, a hotel driveway or a condominium lobby. Condition is photographed with you present at both ends of the hire, and both sets of photographs are timestamped.
Airport handover
Give us the flight number and we watch the landing itself, so a delay costs nothing. Level 3 at KLIA, the Gateway at level 2 for KLIA2, and sixty minutes of waiting after touchdown are included.
Territory
Anywhere in Peninsular Malaysia. Singapore requires written authorisation and an insurance endorsement arranged in advance. East Malaysia and Thailand are not permitted on this fleet.
Amendment and cancellation
Cancel more than forty-eight hours before collection and any prepayment comes back in full. Inside forty-eight hours we retain one day's rate. Moving the dates is free wherever the vehicle is free.
Mechanical failure
Where the fault is mechanical and not the result of use, we recover the vehicle and deliver a replacement of the same class at no charge. That is a term, not a courtesy.

How much is the security deposit?
It depends on the car: RM 1,000 for standard vehicles, RM 1,500 for sports and performance models, and RM 2,500 for the top supercars. The exact figure is printed on every car page before you enquire, and it is refundable.
What documents do I need to rent?
Malaysian renters: a valid Malaysian driving licence, your MyKad and a utility bill or bank statement showing your address. Visitors: your passport, your home-country licence, and an International Driving Permit if that licence is not in English or Malay.
Do you deliver, and is it free?
We deliver and collect free anywhere in the Klang Valley — KLCC, Mont Kiara, Bangsar, Damansara, Petaling Jaya, Subang, Puchong, Cyberjaya and Ampang included. Outside the valley we quote a mileage charge before you book.
What does the daily rate actually include?
The vehicle, comprehensive insurance, road tax, and delivery and collection anywhere in the Klang Valley. Fuel, tolls, parking and any traffic summons are yours. There is no booking fee, no administration charge and no airport surcharge.
