Malaysian renters
- Valid full Malaysian driving licence (CDL) — no probationary licences
- MyKad
- Utility bill, bank statement or tenancy agreement from the last 3 months
Visitors and expatriates
- Passport with valid entry record
- Home-country driving licence
- International Driving Permit if the licence is not in English or Malay
- Long-term pass, for residents renting monthly
