What Prestige Drive is

Prestige Drive Malaysia is the corporate and premium-hire brand of Legendary Car Rental, a luxury car rental operator based in Subang Jaya, Selangor. The vehicles listed on this site are the operator's own fleet. When you book, the contract is with Legendary Car Rental and the invoice carries that name.

We run the brand separately because the audience is distinct. Business travellers, wedding planners, expatriates on long-term hire and companies opening rental accounts want different information presented differently from someone booking a weekend supercar. So this site publishes rates, deposits, document rules and delivery terms in the open, in that order of prominence.

What we will not claim

There is no founding legend on this page, no photograph of a fictional team, no award badge and no review count. We have not printed a star rating, because a rating a company gives itself on its own website is worth precisely nothing.

If you want an independent view, search Legendary Car Rental and read whatever comes back. Third-party reviews are the only ones with any evidential weight, and we have no editorial control over them, which is the entire point.

How the operation actually works

We own the cars. That matters more than it sounds, because a large share of luxury rental in the Klang Valley runs on brokerage — an operator takes your booking and then finds the vehicle from somebody else's fleet. It can work perfectly well, but it puts a layer between you and whoever is responsible when a car does not arrive.

Our fleet currently stands at 40vehicles across six categories, updated from the operator's live inventory rather than typed into this page by hand. A car that has been retired disappears from the site; a car that is out on hire is marked as such. Prices shown are the current daily rates.

Delivery is handled by our own staff, not a courier service. The person who hands you the car works for the company, knows the vehicle and can answer a question about it. That is also why handovers take twenty minutes rather than five.

How we price

One published rate per car per period, the same for everyone who walks in. We do not run dynamic pricing that raises the figure because you looked at the page twice, and we do not quote low and add fees at handover. Corporate account holders get an agreed rate card below the published figures, which is a volume discount rather than a secret.

The three deposit tiers — RM 1,000, RM 1,500 and RM 2,500 — are set by vehicle class and printed on every car page. Fuel is full-to-full. Delivery and collection within the Klang Valley are free. There is no booking fee, no administration charge and no airport surcharge.

Where we are

The office and vehicle base is at 85, Jalan SS15/4C, SS15, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. It is a real address with real cars in it, and you are welcome to collect from there rather than take delivery if you would prefer to inspect a vehicle in daylight and at your own pace.
