KLIA and KLIA2 airport transfers

An airport transfer is the first and last hour of a business trip, and it is the part most likely to go wrong. Our version is deliberately unremarkable: you send a flight number, we quote a fixed fare, and the car is at the terminal when you clear customs.

We track the flight rather than the schedule. A delayed landing does not incur waiting charges and does not require a phone call from the tarmac. The driver's arrival is recalculated automatically and you will get a message with his name and plate number before you board at the other end.

For arrivals we meet inside the hall with a name board — level 3 at KLIA, level 2 at the KLIA2 Gateway — and walk you to the car. If you would rather skip the greeting, we can meet at the kerbside pillar instead; say so when you book. Subang Airport transfers work the same way from the single arrivals door.

Departures are the mirror image. We recommend leaving KLCC three hours before an international departure and two before a domestic one, and we will say so if your requested pickup time looks tight. The driver monitors the traffic on the Elite and will suggest the NKVE alternative if there is an incident.

The fare covers the vehicle, the driver, fuel and tolls. Airport parking during a meet-and-greet is passed through at cost, typically under RM 15, and it appears as its own line on the invoice.
